QeM is a live sport presentation and broadcast studio in Lisbon, founded by Ian Mollard and Luciana Quaresma — a producer and a presenter who have delivered the world's biggest events together for a decade.
Most companies build the show, then hire the talent. We've been doing both — together — for years.
Ian has produced sport presentation at six consecutive Olympic and Paralympic Games. Luciana has worked the last four as a field producer for Olympic Broadcasting Services, after a decade on air at ESPN.
One team, one vision — from the first running order to the final whistle. The person shaping the show and the person delivering it on camera founded the studio together.
And they do it in English, Portuguese and Spanish — in-house, not subcontracted.
Before QeM had a name, Ian and Luciana were already working the same shows, on the same teams. This is the record — in order.
QeM isn't a new partnership. It's an established one — under a name of its own.
Twenty-five years in sport events; fifteen producing presentation at the largest events in world sport, across more than thirty sports.
Nearly three decades in international sport broadcasting, on both sides of the camera. A decade at ESPN; field producer for OBS at the last four Games.
QeM is registered in Portugal. For European events, that means London-standard production without cross-border friction — and Portuguese and Spanish delivery that comes as standard, not as a subcontract.
Whether it's a global Games, a championship or a bid, we'd like to hear what you're building.
